"SONA" Heavy Duty Precision Lathe Machines are prepared with special closed grained cast iron, Internal Construction of Bed is H.M.T. type, which provides maximum torsional stiffness & eliminates stresses. Bed is heavily ribbed & robust in construction. The guide ways are flame hardened & then accurately machined & precision ground for most accurate workmanship & accuracy.
Main Spindle is rigid & accurate made out of Alloy Steel EN-8 material, precision ground & mounted on Two Precision Taper Roller Bearings for precision machining, accuracy & workmanship.
